We provide both live chat and ticket based support. You can find a live chat button in our Outsmart app or via our website.
Please note:
- Our live chat team may not be able to answer highly technical questions and may defer you to another team member or to submit a ticket
- We're happy to provide free 30min demo sessions to anyone interested in using one of our apps, simply request a demo via the live chat bubble
- Live chat will be available Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm Perth (Western Austalian) time. If you message us outside of this time frame we will follow up with you the next business day
Submitting a Ticket
For more technical matters we may ask you to submit a ticket so that our team can handle it promptly and get back to you once investigated. This can be difficult via chat so please use our ticket support is prompted by our team.
